The Tall Take contains affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. This costs you nothing extra.

As an Amazon Associate

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. The Tall Take is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Other affiliate relationships

We also participate, or may participate, in affiliate programs run by other retailers and by affiliate networks. Where a link earns us a commission, the arrangement is the same: the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale, and you pay the ordinary price.

What this does and does not change

  • Price. You never pay more for using an affiliate link. The commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your pocket.
  • What gets recommended. Products are covered because they are relevant to tall men, not because of what they pay. Measurements published here are taken by hand from garments actually owned and worn.
  • Criticism. Reviews say what is wrong with a product as well as what is right. A commission does not buy a good review, and where a product has a real weakness it is stated plainly.
  • Sponsorship. Nothing on this site is a paid placement, and no brand has provided free product in exchange for coverage. If that ever changes it will be disclosed clearly on the article in question.
